Make Ecospace flow fields editable in the UI

Description

The Advection map can currently not be sketched or edited in the Ecospace UI. It can only be changed through the Advection interface which does not work.

We need to make the Advection layer editable in the Ecospace maps, which includes sketching, smoothing, and editing the X and Y velocity fields through the Edit Layer UI
