Allow empty lines in Time Series import

Description

Excel may leave empty lines at the end of a spreadsheet which cannot be discerned. When exporting to a time series CSV file, these empty lines cause the time series reader to fail. It would be great if the EwE time series importer could simply ignore empty lines.
