Shape grid data does not export to CSV file

Description

The save to CSV process fails for the shape grid images because of the shape thumbnails. These cannot convert to a CSV value, and interrupt the save process

The solution is generic: any value that is not a number or a string is not saved to, or loaded from, CSV file.
