Ecospace map output folders hidden on Mac OS

Description

A minor thing, when Ecospace saves asc maps, it saves them in a subdirectory (e.g., #:\Documents\EwE\EwE Output\{scenario}\.asc

Because of the . before asc, Mac OS treats the folder as hidden, so it will confuse people, (just fooled me for a run, thought I hadn’t set it to save).
