Description
NODATA cells are not drawn in the Ecospace map, because such cells have no data. Good assumption.
However, when the depth map contains land cells identified by NODATA values instead of depth <= 0, which can happen when such a map is generated from spatial data, neither these land cells nor the depth profile is drawn when the depth layer is not selected.
As a solution, the depth map should always be rendered: as a colour gradient when selected, and in white (upon the standard darker map background) when not selected.
