Fishing policy search may show too many blocks in the iterations results grid

From the ICES course 2013:

In the Fishing Policy Search (FPS), a limited number of blocks may be incorrectly shown in the iterations results grid.

If the form is closed and re-opened the correct number of blocks is shown.

This seems to occur only when the FPS is open when Fit to Time Series (FTS) is open as well.

• Open FPS
• Sketch 2 blocks
• Run: 2 columns
• Open FTS
• Search and Run
• Switch back to FPS
• Run: more than 2 columns

It seems that somehow FTS affects FPS data

FTS causes time series to update, which updates the number of Ecosim years. This, in turn, causes the FPS manager to reload. The FPS manager block data is thus changed, which is not reflected by the blocks
