Ecosim is limited to 100 groups

Description

When running Ecosim with more than 100 groups an ´index out of range´ exception is thrown. This is due to a hard 100 limitation in two temporary arrays in the Ecosim RK4 routines. This can be fixed by allocating room for all defined groups instead of for 100 groups.
