Description
Im writing up my model and Ive been pouring over the EwE 6 version of the mixed trophic impact and in the end I have come to the conclusion that there is an error in the plot with the circles...
For my data (tab before the plot), I have negative numbers of an impacting group on an impacted group. But in the corresponding data cell in the circles plot, this is given as a positive (open cell). If I switch to the rectangles plot, the numbers for the exact same cell become negative again and are represented by solid rectangles (as they should be). This means the two versions of the plot give opposite results and the circle one I think needs to be repaired.
Martac: I quickly checked and you are right. Well done catching bugs! In fact, the while cycles are negative and black ones are positive values, but the legend just states the other way around. I think you can easily change the legend in your paper/thesis for now using power point, or plot the data yourself using R or excel. But we should fix it in the new release of EwE (whenever this will be!)
