It would really enhance usability if the run ecosim plot could have the groups organized after how much they change. perhaps as an option: show all it says now, add a 'show changed', then rank them like in ewe5: i.e. the one with most change at the top, the next, etc. don't show those that have changed less than 10%, add a --------- to indicate where no change is.

Would be nice to get the equilibrium analysis from ewe5 included in 6 at some point.

This is from Maria, and her problem is as follows -she has an ecospace model where sea otters are locked into one cell (10km) in the basemap with a dispersal rate of 2 km/year. -when she runs ecospace and looks at the results for different years, it shows the sea otters in other sells within the first year (which they should not be).

• She has assigned habitats and areas within the model...one thought is that these may be locked together in the coding causing them to be found in the same habitat but not the same area?
