When more than one time series are loaded into ecosim it seems ecosim does not pick up the differences in time frames when you start changing between them a couple of times.

To elaborate:

1. Load a Ecosim scenario with N years. Run, all good.
2. Load a Time Series dataset with M years where (M != N). Run, all good.
3. Change Ecosim number of years in EcosimParameters? to N years. Run, all good

If steps 2 and 3 are repeated a number of times, the number of Ecosim years field on the Ecosim parameters form stops responding to the number of time series years.

Ok, so I run Ecosim and go to Ecopath network plugin and run ecosim network analysis and it works. But then I go back to Ecosim and run another scenario, and go back to Ecopath network plugin and run ecosim network analysis and it does not work. It does not produce any more results associated with the second Ecosim scenario.

When you run Ecosim and then network analysis, by default the csv file created with network results is saved monthly. I would suggest to have the option to save it annually, as it has been done with Ecosim plots. This will save some time for the users. Thanks!
