#68 | fixed | Ecosim Output- general screen issues | administrator | carieh |
Description |
using the Tampa bay model: Basically I just imported the model, and ran it in Ecosim. The output looked the same as in version 5, and I tried to use the S/R plot and the equilibrium plot screens, but they are not showing up. Perhaps they are not finished yet? So then I tried to run Ecosim altering the fishing mortality of the groups- which is hard to tell if it workd with so many groups, and such a range of dynamics already. When I switch to individual groups on the bottom, I noticed you added a line at 1 (as to avoid the usual confusion) thanks. Also I cannot figure out how to get the graph to show only one group, the one I am testing while running the model. I can make it so the rest of the groups are grey, but for example I chose Bay anchovies, and played around with the mortality in the drawing screen on the bottom. So I increased the mortality, and then ran the model again, and even though Bay anchovy (group #25) was selected (and showed a blue line) when the model ran it went back to showing the first group (#1 0-12 snook- so maybe it is better if you have selected a group to watch on the run, that that particular group remains on the screen instead of switching to the first group, which is the default- I am assuming. If I overlay the ecosim runs, then specify which group I want to look at it is very nice that each group shows up with 3 lines- very easy to read. |

Why is the default for all fishing fleets set to 2x the fishing rate- shouldn't it be one- or am I missing something? |

#70 | fixed | Ecosim output- drawing mortality sketches | administrator | carieh |
Description |
Just my preference..... The mortality drawing screen on the bottom is a little hard to get used to, as it moves while you are drawing. Is there any way to fix the axis- perhaps this is just something I need to get used to using. |
