I've replace my model estimates with the best estimates from an Ecoranger run in version 5.1 (I used min. residuals). The estimates for multistanza groups differ between the "edit multistanza" tab and the "basic input" page. If I open and close the "edit multistanza" tab, the estimates on the basic input page will be replaced with those from the "edit multistanza" tab. If I open and cancel the "edit multistanza" tab, the estimates on the basic input page will remain the same. Basically, it looks like Ecoranger overwrites all of the parameters for multistanza groups, and thus the stanzas are no longer linked together by the underlying age-structure equations. |

| Description |
Can't figure out why the base case in Ecosim (no forcing, no biomass accumulation) is not at equilibrium when there are age stanzas in the model. Changes vulnerabilities makes the difference more pronounced (in my case increasing vulnerabilities) I'm using the newest version 6.1.1.1109 and have attached two very simple models (one without age stanzas, one with). |
