#115 | open | Multi-stanza groups are being assigned incorrectly | jeroens | carieh |
Description |
I have just created a multistanza group- cod- for the three stages of cod. After I get the warnings from bug 116, I came back to the basic input screen, and the incorrect groups are part of the multistanza (pictures in word doc might help) If you look and see which groups it is representing in the multistanza- remember it should be larvae, juvenile, and adult cod- instead it is phytoplankton, zooplankton, and benthos. I am not sure why they are getting switched. Also related to next bug 118 Please see bug 116- they could be related Screen shots in doc July 1 notes.doc on ftp folder |

#130 | open | Ecosim output- drawing screen not resetting properly | administrator | carieh |
Description |
In the drawing box (for fishing fleets or mortality)in ecosim output If I set the fishing to 3x and reset F (they should all go back to 1) I get this funny little blip at the end of the graph. This seems to happen every time, either a little extra sticking up, or sometimes it cuts down into the graph instead. While it doesnt seem to affect the model, I think it needs to be corrected for users (otherwise there might be some visual confusion on what the value is). see word doc- notes July 25 for example |

#209 | open | Ecosim- parameters-Nutrient loading forcing # needs corresponding FF # | administrator | carieh |
Description |
In the Ecosim parameters tab- the nutrient loading forcing number can be assigned to apply a time series to a nutrient forcing. However, if you go to the forcing functions, they do not have numbers only names. How does the user know which number to assign. I suggest that the forcing functions have numbers and names ex. 8.nutrient (for the case of Tampa Bay) so the user can identify forcing functions by name or number. I believe this will also be an issue for applying forcing functions as assigning a FF shows up in the interface as F1, F2, etc. but there are no corresponding numbers to forcing functions here either- so user has to count or guess.
