There is no code ready to load a forcing function from a CSV file. That does not mean it cannot be written, it's fairly straight forward to read CSV files and it is possible to modify the content any forcing function. Hi Villy, I am trying to run some code in the EwE console application. Jeroen said it is the best way to run multiple different models. I have set up a loop that loads different ewe databases and runs Ecosim. What I would like to do now is load and implement forcing functions for each ecosim run then save the results to a text file. It would be best if the forcing functions can be loaded from an external file. Can you (or Joe) give me some help with this please? I cannot find the names of the functions that can do these steps for me. Thanks, Chris

An error occurs if you run Ecosim before starting the policy search. The error message is: "Ecosim error: the interface Ecosim Time Step handler through an error that was not handled" This does not occur if you run the policy search first. It only occurs if you start up EwE from visual basic (ie when you are trying to write a plugin). It happens to Brian to, so it is not just something I am doing wrong with a plugin. Thanks, Chris

The number of simulation trails in the Monte Carlo routine (Ecosim tools) cannot be changed from the default 20 trials. You can change the number, but it will still do 20 trials.
